Singapore / India: In a significant step toward fostering global cultural harmony and international cooperation, noted Indian educator and international advisor Dr. Tarun Pal has been appointed as a Global Honorary Advisor to the Federation of World Cultural & Art Society (FOWCAAS), Singapore.
The collaboration is poised to enhance cross-border relations and cultural diplomacy, as both parties share a deep commitment to promoting art, education, peace, and sustainable development across continents.
FOWCAAS, a globally active organization operating in over 145 countries, was founded by H.R.H Chief Grand Master Jason Tan Beng Siang, PhD, a respected Singaporean cultural leader and martial arts grandmaster. He is widely known for advancing the philosophy of San Bian Shu, a life model that integrates traditional Chinese wisdom with modern science. Under his leadership, FOWCAAS has evolved into a vibrant platform for cultural expression, heritage preservation, and global peacebuilding.
A Shared Vision for Global Unity
Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Tarun Pal expressed his enthusiasm about the collaborative vision.
“Art and culture are not just reflections of civilization—they are tools for unity and peace. I am honoured to join FOWCAAS in building a bridge between nations where knowledge, creativity, and shared values guide our future,” said Dr. Pal.
This cross-national association aims to develop a broad range of initiatives, including:
- International cultural exchange programs

Both parties are committed to leveraging their global networks to empower communities, preserve cultural diversity, and foster peace through inclusive dialogue and education.
Cultural Diplomacy for a Better World

“Dr. Pal’s distinguished contributions to education, peace, and leadership align perfectly with our vision. Together, we aspire to promote cultural understanding as a pillar of global development,” he said.
The appointment comes at a time when global institutions are increasingly turning to cultural diplomacy as a means to overcome division, conflict, and inequality. Experts believe such partnerships will play a crucial role in redefining global cooperation in the post-pandemic world.
